During the summer there are packages and many activities available to do in Ludvika; such as Dan Anderson Week in July/August, Ludvika Festival first weekend in July with free concerts right outside the hotel, nearby Golf courses, motorcycle routes and destinations, Dahalla, the lime-stone quarry musical stage and two world heritage sites within 2 hours drive away.
The internatonally recognised Mountainbiking competition, Finnmarksturen is also held in Ludvika on the last weekend of August.
During the winter there are also great opportunities to ski at Romme Alpin (40 KM from the hotel) and Säfsen (56 KM from the hotel).
The area of Ludvika also has elite class cross-country skiing courses.
